FAQs. General Information

What are your payment methods?  

We currently accept payment through Paypal. We are still setting up other payment methods. Any additional changes of new payment methods will be updated here.  

When can I receive my products?  

Our standard delivery is 6-8 working days. We use the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). Your product will be sent to you from the nearest Amazon warehouse.  

Do you have a physical location?  

No, Tidie Inc. is an e-commerce store. All transactions are made online.  

How can I cancel my orders?  

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible: sales@tidietech.com  

I have emailed you with an inquiry but have not received a reply.  

Our customer services reply to your enquiry within 48 hours. In the event you do not receive a reply within such time, please check you spam mail or add us to your exclusion list and email us again.  

I have placed my order, but I noticed the address is incorrect?  

Please email us with the quotation of your Order ID, the address that needs to be changed and the reason for the change. Please note that we can only notify the courier of the change. For the security reason, we cannot change it directly.  

It seems that you only take payment from PayPal. Can I pay by credit card?  

Yes, here is the instruction for credit card payment. When you go to “Shopping Cart - Place order” page, you'll see an indicator of “PayPal check-out button”. Press the yellow button and you'll be redirected to our checkout page. You can choose to pay by either a debit or credit card as an option there.

How do I know if I have successfully placed an order with you?  

After placing an order on our website, you will see an order confirmation page displaying your Order ID. An automated confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Alternatively, you can log on to “My Account” to check your recent order history. If you cannot see order details in your account and no confirmation email has been sent within 1 working day, it is very likely that the order has not been placed successfully. In this unlikely event, please contact our Customer Service Support immediately for the further assistance before placing another order.
